We are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. If you need to make a change, you must cancel the order within the 30-minute window and place a new order.

7.1 Shipping Options

Curelle offers two shipping options at checkout:

Free Standard Shipping — No charge, standard processing queue (1–3 business days processing, 8–14 business days transit)
Priority Shipping ($2.99) — Orders processed before all standard orders; includes guaranteed transit damage protection (free replacement if item is damaged during shipping)

7.2 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Curelle is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7.3 Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Curelle is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier, except where Priority Shipping transit damage protection applies.

8. Returns & Refunds

Curelle offers a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are subject to eligibility conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method following inspection of the returned item.
